s4e5—grizzlies and canines and birds, oh my!
My week has been pretty shit since my dog got his surgery. We basically haven't slept for five days because he's a little monster.
So I'm both late and keeping this short. We still have everything worth checking out, but with extremely quick blurbs.
Hopefully things start to shape up around here soon.
Da Bears!
Series Finale!
I guess we just cover all the animation nowadays!
Bizness!
More animation!
Screeching pop-punk!
The biggest book of the week by far. Kieron Gillen and Caspar Wijngaard launch their new on-going at Image. This is going to be incredible. Mark my words.
Uncanny is back with a new number one featuring the creative team of Gail Simone and David Marquez in the FROM THE ASHES relaunch of the X-books.
Historical COWL!
EC Comics Anthology!
Stephanie Phillips!
Leah Williams!
This is writer/director Tilman Singer's English language debut. His previous effort was his feature debut in German with Luz. This stars Hunter Schafer, another Euphoria alum, who's star seems to be on the rise with roles in the newest Hunger Games and the Yorgos film, Kinds of Kindness, this year; with upcoming roles in the Blade Runner show and David Lowery's Mother Nature. Plus this has Dan Stevens (as the bad guy?), so that's always something to look forward to ever since he tackled on of my favorite comic characters in the excellent Legion.
Big budget bust!
Sorry for the quick blurbs today.
Peace!
Be kind and stay sane,
