🎉 Weekend Edition Vol.055 — Pau Amina the Crab rising out of the sea (1902)

We missed last week's Edition, so we've got a double-dose of goodness for you to check out if you haven't been paying attention to all the wondrous written words being published across this fine establishment over the past two weeks.

First up we had the next installment in The Oral History of the Cavendish Mining Company from Joel Glover.

Joel also had a story from Cavendish published over at Exterminating Angel Press that you should check out! Spreading the good word of Cavendish across the seas.

Last weeks short story was a fun little TTRPG set-up about becoming a crab. When Laura first sent this I had all sorts of ideas run through my head. I'm really happy with how it turned out and am hoping we can dive deeper here in the future.

The week we had the wonderfully haunting story The Instrument from Mark Granger. This felt like a good mix of Nightmare Alley with The Silver Coin comic. Right up my alley with the themes this one touches on in an astute way.

In terms of columns, we had the April edition of Sandbox Victory from James that was especially good this month.

And then Nick's latest column about "holidays," which is always a must read.

Of course, The Media Guide had two wonderful editions, where things got a little weird with E13, but the TV was absolutely incredible for this week in E14.
