Good morning lovely people.
I hate that I'm late with the Weekend Edition here on a Monday afternoon, especially since it doesn't actually take much work! I just tell you about the wonderful things other people did! But alas, here I am. I feel like I have a pretty good excuse though, as I spent the entire weekend moving apartments, which was a grand success.
Also, when I'm not late (and in the middle of a move), I plan on including some mini-reviews for paid subscribers at the end of these little missives.
Anyways, I we had another stellar week here on foofaraw and I'm excited about all of the new submissions we are getting for next season. It's been quite the thrill for meβif not a bit overwhelming to keep up with and provide responses in a reasonable amount of time...
First up we have the next short story from the world of Cavendish by Joel Glover. This was a fun one for me as it was a bit more reminiscent of the first story Joel submitted to foofaraw.

Then we have another stellar spaceship related story to follow-up last week's At Long Last. Steven Mathes relies on some metaphorical imagery that really works for me in this fever dream of story.

And lastly, the second issue of Tony Tran's new webcomic. It continues to be a trip for me to receive his awesome artwork and try to come up with some words to accompany it. The art is obviously far better than the words, but I think we are building something pretty cool.

And of course, The Media Guide that was highlighted by Anora from Sean Baker hitting theaters and Where Monsters Lie: Cull-De-Sac, the follow-up mini-series from Kyle Starks and Piotr Kowalski.

That's it! I gotta get the Media Guide going! You can look forward to that tomorrow because the odds I get that wrapped tonight are slim to none.
Stay sane and be kind,
