clownin' around

Good morning! I've got tickets to go see The Phoenician Scheme later today, which I'm stoked about and then will probably go ahead and watch the George Clooney live Broadway performance on HBO tonight.
Hope you have a fun weekend planned and will see you back here on Monday!

First up this week, the second Peirce and Welby comic from Matt Akos. We have a bunch of awesome stuff coming from Matt in H2 that I can't wait to share with everyone.

Then this week's short story is a fun one. It's a bit different, but the language is delightful and Miranda uses the masquerade of carnival to explore grassroots protest.

Then James returned to tell us about some killer looking games. I saved a few of these to check out myself ASAP!

Over in Media Guide land we tackled a bunch of new music and touched on a couple shows that have some potential to be pretty, pretty good.

Cavendish, a story about grief and sacrifice, and a new interview with an amazing guest!
