Novella + Novelette Guidelines

We are currently exploring and experimenting with the idea of publishing novellas and novelettes in print.

If you haven't been published by us or a major literature magazine in the past, we require a $3.00 submission fee—this is only in place to avoid AI slop from inundating our systems with thousands of words.

Rights:

We request first serial rights and non-exclusive, indefinite archival rights. As well as the right to publish in a limited biannual print collection Any rights not used by the publisher within twelve months will return to the author.

Requirements:

We do not accept multiple submissions from a single person at a time
We do not accept simultaneous submissions (pieces sent to more than one place at a time).
We do not accept previously published works.
We do not accept work created or assisted by AI.
