- Weapons, the new movie from Zach Cregger, is still sitting at 100% on Rotten Tomatoes with 46 reviews.
- The new War of the Worlds, starring Ice Cube and Eva Longoria, has an abysmal 0% as it's being lambasted as a 90 minute Amazon commercial. Not to mention the incredible tagline: "It's worse than you think."
- Long Story Short, the new animated series from Bojack Horseman creator, picked up a season two renewal ahead of it's debut on Netflix.
- Wednesday also snagged a renewal for a third season from Netflix and has it's eyes set on a spin-off.
- Cry Wolf, an upcoming limited series from FX, added Brie Larson to the cast already featuring Olivia Colman.
- Scrubs got a series order from ABC for it's return with all three leads locked in.
- And Larry David is returning to HBO for a sketch series from famed producers... The Obamas.

Lots of buzz around Rose Byrne for her performance in this one, which feels like a culmination of the last few years of her career with Physical and Platonic. Really looking forward to this one.

β³ Molly Shannon Boards Will Ferrellβs Netflix Golf Comedy, Ramy Youssef Exits /// THR
Ramy Youssef and Josh Rabinowitz, who were credited as co-creators and executive producers when Netflix picked up the series in May 2024, have departed the untitled show over creative differences
Golf seems to be having a moment right now. Happy Gilmore 2, Stick, and now this Will Ferrell comedy. I love Molly Shannon so it's awesome to see her come aboard, but a bit of a bummer to see Ramy Youssef exit. I'm not sure I can imagine how they imagined combining Ferrell's comedy style with Youssef's sensibilities to begin with, but I would've loved to find out.
